We continuously strive to improve our environmental impact and drive circularity through the packaging supply chain.
Sustainability is a fundamental part of our business activities, across our global network of facilities. Every aspect of our business is examined through the lens of sustainability: including innovation and design, product end-of-life, material sourcing, energy use, and waste.
We balance packaging functionality with sustainability to provide solutions that effectively preserve, protect and present food, and that help to support customers in meeting sustainability objectives.
Our product portfolio is comprised of various solutions including food packaging that can be recycled, composted, reused, and/or is made from materials derived from renewable resources.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENTS
INNOVATION
We invest in next‑generation materials and designs, including recycled and responsibly sourced content, to unlock circular solutions at scale, across paper, pulp and plastic.
SOURCING
Traceability, transparency and responsible sourcing is fundamental to our long-term sustainability. We prioritise responsible material choices, lightweighting, and design optimisation to reduce waste and resource use.
ENERGY
We continuously improve our operational footprint, driving efficiency, resilience, and smarter use of energy and resources. This includes action on renewable energy through solar panels and procurement, waste reduction, water use, and other measures.
WASTE
We have comprehensive waste management systems across all sites. This incorporates waste reduction initiatives such as zero-waste to landfill for production waste and re-use and recycling of PET from our manufacturing processes.
Discover Our Solutions
We offer packaging which helps our customers to meet their sustainability objectives. Our products include solutions that are manufactured from a selection of substrates and include:
- Recyclable paperboard packaging made from sustainably sourced, FSC® certified paper
- Pulp packaging made from natural fibres and that can be composted or recycled after use
- Recyclable PET packaging which is made from post-consumer recycled PET
- Washable and reusable solutions
