Nivelles is the European production and distribution centre for Sabert Corporation products. More than 150 people work at Sabert Corporation Europe, in research into solutions adapted to its customers, production, development of its sales networks, logistics and administration.
With the acquisition of LBP Manufacturing in 2020 and KeCo in 2021, Sabert has extended its product range to include carton solutions. These cardboard packaging solutions are perfectly in line with current market trends.

Mission of the department

The Customer Service,

  • Ensures the efficient and intelligent management of orders from receipt to delivery, invoicing and payment;
  • Provides customers with comprehensive information, both reactively and proactively;
  • Quickly proposes solutions to any issues reported by customers;
  • Contributes to the company’s turnover while being attentive to costs;
  • Achieves all of the above while upholding Sabert’s core values.

Your Responsibilities

Managing orders for your B2B customer portfolio

  • You will optimize customer service while controlling order processing costs, i.e. order preparation, delivery anywhere in Europe and the Middle East, invoicing and payment.

Pricing management

  • You ensure that invoice prices are always in line with commercial negotiations.

Ensuring data, product and service quality

  • You ensure that our customers have the information they need to use our products properly, and you rapidly implement the necessary corrective actions in the event of non-quality of a product or service within the framework of the order process.

You are the main point of contact for your internal (Sales) and external customers for all administrative and Supply Chain matters.

You are the backup for your colleagues or your manager in case of absence.

You are focused on continuous improvement and generate added value for customers and Sabert.

YOUR PROFIL

  • You are perfectly bilingual in English/French with a very good level of Dutch and/or German;
  • You have a bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience;
  • You are comfortable with IT and have a good knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI. ERP experience is an asset;
  • You are customer-oriented and problem-solving;
  • You have an analytical and methodical approach;
  • Assertive communication and active listening skills;
  • You are stress-resistant;
  • You are a team player;
  • You work independently and have a good sense of initiative;
  • You are flexible and dynamic by nature;
  • You are focused on continuous improvement
