Internal Sales Support

Nivelles is the European production and distribution centre for Sabert Corporation products. More than 150 people work at Sabert Corporation Europe, in research into solutions adapted to its customers, production, development of its sales networks, logistics and administration.
With the acquisition of LBP Manufacturing in 2020 and KeCo in 2021, Sabert has extended its product range to include carton solutions. These cardboard packaging solutions are perfectly in line with current market trends.

Main Mission: 

This position plays a key role in supporting the sales teams by ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, data analysis, CRM management, pricing and contract administration. They contribute to overall commercial effectiveness through structured operational and administrative support. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Sales Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Support in the monitoring and analysis of commercial performance (sales, margins, volumes, gaps etc.). 
  • Working closely with the pertinent Sales Manager, engagement with inactive customers or client’s who have deviated from normal ordering patterns. 
  • Leverage available tools (such as Power BI, existing data pivots…) to assist in the preparation of regular reports for management and field sales teams, as necessary. 
  1. CRM Tool Management
  • Regularly update the customer and prospect database. 
  • Track commercial opportunities, sales activities, and customer history. 
  • Provide training and support to internal users to ensure optimal tool usage. 
  1. Price Management within CRM Tool
  • Apply and update pricing grids based on defined rules. 
  • Ensuring that quotes are progressed expeditiously within the agreed pricing authorisations and following sensible commercial policy liaising with Supply Chain and external Sales, as necessary 
  • Support the Customer Care and Sales Manager, as necessary, with the implementation of pricing adjustments. 
  1. Quotation and Offer Management
  • Prepare and send customer quotes to sales representatives. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams for offer validation. 
  • Archive and ensure traceability of quotes and offers. 
  1. Sales Presentation Support
  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for clients and prospects liaising with the Marketing Team, as necessary.  
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to ensure message consistency. 
  1. Customer Rebates Management
  • Manage the administrative and documentation follow-up of rebates and ensure they are communicated and validated by the Finance Department. 
  • Assist the Sales Manager in calculating, monitoring and implementing rebate programs coordinating with Customer Care for rebate processing. 
  • Ensure compliance with contractual terms. 
  1. Sales Contract Management
  • Draft and manage the administration of sales contracts, commercial agreements, and SLAs. 
  • Ensure contractual commitments are met. 
  • Archive and update contract documentation. 
  1. Lead and Sample Management
  • Support the sales team in following up on lead post trade show, tracking actions and issuing reminders, as necessary.  
  • Coordinate sample requests. 
  • Monitor lead and sample conversion rates. 
  1. Small Account Management 
  • Handle commercial requests from low-volume customers directly (acting as Sales contact) enlisting the support of the applicable Sales Manager, as necessary. 

Profile Sought: 

  • Formal qualification or similar experience in business, management or related field. 
  • First experience in sales support or commercial operations is desired. 
  • Proficiency in Excel. Previous experience with CRM tools is advantageous. 
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and analytical mindset. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. 

Languages: 

  • French : fluent 
  • English: professional working proficiency (written and spoken) 
  • Any other EU language is an asset (notably Spanish, Italian, German)
